“A comfortable stay with a great location, helpful staff, and good value for money.” + 1. Overall Experience: My stay was good, and I noticed a significant improvement compared with my previous visit last year. 2. Rooms: The rooms provided to us were very good—spacious, comfortable, and suitable for our family. I stayed in a suite with two rooms, and each room had three beds plus a small bed for a child. 3. Privacy & Layout: The room arrangement was convenient. We had access through one main door, followed by a small lobby and then separate access to our rooms. This provided good privacy and there was no disturbance during our stay. 4. Location: The hotel is very close to the Haram, which is one of its biggest advantages. The convenient location made it easy for us to travel back and forth. 5. Staff: The staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. 6.
