The stay was good but had bad experience with regard to damage on my car. + Good Ambience − Security & Incident Reporting My car was parked in the designated parking area on 4th July when it was hit by another vehicle. Unfortunately, no one informed me about the incident at the time. The individual responsible was allowed to leave without reporting the matter. I only discovered the damage the following day when I went to my car to drop off my belongings, after which I immediately reported it. The person responsible neither compensated nor arranged for the repair, leaving me to handle the entire situation at my own expense. This could have been avoided if the hotel had taken proper action at the time of the incident and prevented the individual from leaving without reporting.

+ The view − Where do I begin I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was incredibly dusty and filthy, and it was clear that cleanliness was not being maintained. The condition of the room made it very uncomfortable to stay there. The service was also extremely slow. We ordered lunch and waited almost two hours for it to arrive, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the water stopped working during our stay, causing even more inconvenience. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. Between the poor hygiene, the long delays in service, and the lack of basic amenities, I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

+ A very extensive and very delicious breakfast buffet, 5 star − The à la carte dinner was disappointing. While the presentation was excellent, many of the dishes were cold, and the meat in the burgers and spaghetti bolognaise wasn't fresh. The restaurant manager did compensate us.
