Perfection + We fell in love when we walked in. Lovely little apartment. Spotless modern bathroom. Separate bedroom with plenty of room for luggage and great mattress. Compact but well equipped kitchen. Views of the matterhorn. − Nothing

A great place to stay with lovely views. Very convenient bus service just near the front door. + Well appointed and in a convenient location. The bus stop was very nearby. The view from our room was fabulous. − The bed was quite hard. The lift was useful when I became unwell but it was difficult to climb up and down the ladder.

Excellent space and location + We loved everything. Great location - easy to get to both town and all methods of transportation. Great kitchen amenities. It was very clean and comfy. Our party of 3 had plenty of room! We LOVED the balcony space − My teen wished there was a smart tv.

+ Čistota pokojů, velmi dobře vybavená kuchyň. Skvělá, klidná lokalita, blízko v docházkové vzdálenosti do centra města a na přilehlé lanovky. Výtah v tunelu přímo z ulice bez jakýchkoliv schodů.

Séjour à Zermatt + L'emplacement au calme, un peu loin de la gare et des commerces mais près des remontées mécaniques. Le logement était spacieux et bien équiper avec lave vaisselle. Lits confortables. − Rien

Très agréable + Tout est très bien, de l'accueil au départ, appartement confortable, propre avec une belle vue du balcon. − Le plan d'accès n'était pas clair, il fallait juste se rendre à l'accueil de l'hôtel (encore fallait-il savoir qu'il y avait un hôtel associé!), de la un tunnel permettait d'accéder à un ascenseur qui nous envoyait directement au logement.
