Vi var otroligt nöjda med Abalone Guest Lodge. Vi kommer med säkerhet tillbaka när vi är i Hermanus. + Underbar frukost. Det finns allt man kan önska sig. − I min smak är sängarna och kuddarna lite för hårda

Diese Location ist absolut nur zu empfehlen. Die Gastfreundschaft, die wunderschönen Zimmer mit traumhaften Ausblick. Da + Absolut Alles! Freundlichkeit, Komfort, Verpflegung und die traumhafte Lage direkt am Cliffpath. − Nichts! Alles war grandios! Leider war es zu kurz. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder zum Whale Watching :)

Wonderfully located and very comfortable guesthouse + Ansley was an amazing host. Very personable indeed and lead a great time of (many fairly new) staff. Lovely, comfortable room, with great views. A small but perfectly adequate pool area. Great breakfasts, and the biggest surprise was to be able to have an in-house dinner cooked by an external chef. Excellent quality food and service. Good spa was again a lovely surprise. Beautifully located on the coastal walk. − Maybe, for the price, a few complimentary items, such as “treats” and a bottle of wine, could to be included in the price, as was the case in some other guest houses.

+ Die Lage an den Klippen war hervorragend - das war es dann auch! − Preisleistung stimmte nicht, unsauberes Bad (verrostete, kaputte Halterungen für Seife, Shampoo), etwas frecher Frühstücksservice. Frühstücksbuffet recht übersichtlich, teilweise nicht frisch. Wir kamen nach abendlichem Aufenthalt in Hermanuns gegen 11:00pm in die Unterkunft zurück. Die Haustür lies sich nicht öffnen, trotz richtigem Schlüssel, telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen - trotz Schild an der Tür. Zufällig fanden wir eine Nebentür, welche sich mit dem Schlüssel öffnen lies und und Zugang verschaffte. Keine Entschuldigung am nächsten Tag.

Great accommodation, superb location, delicious breakfast, easy going vibe. + Location 10/10- right on the Cliff Path - with great views. The breakfast was great: Both a' la carte and buffet options were great. And the kitchen staff were more than happy to make anything that wasn't on the menu. − Cant think of anything.

Schöne Lage am Cliff Walk + Schöne Lage direkt am Cliff Walk, etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuss von der Innenstadt Hermanus. Schöne und aussergewöhnlich grosse Zimmer, unseres hatte einen Balkon zum Meer hin. Von dort hatte man morgens einen spektakulärer Blick in den Sonnenaufgang. Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Sehr freundliches Personal. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber sehr schön aus. − Der einzige Minuspunkt ist, dass es im Haus oder fussläufig in der Nähe keinerlei Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten für Lunch/Dinner gibt. Wer nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit noch etwas essen will, muss also zwingend mit dem Auto / Uber das Haus verlassen. Eine kleine Snackkarte oder Sandwiches wären toll.
