Fantastic, great location, recommend! + Very clean, great layout and amenities in the two bedroom apartment, with the master at the front (street) and twin at the back, past the kitchen and 2nd bathroom. Very close the Sagrada and the metro which we used non stop during our trip! Highly recommended for a family, felt like a safe neighbourhood. − Apartment #43 - street noise. Whilst the property had shutters it was still noisy for a light sleeper until well after midnight, we also seemed to have a party group in the apartments who talked on the street at 3am for at least 30mins, the main door does not have soft close so I heard (nearly) everyone come home, and the stairwell is quite noisy. A lack of reception/noise monitoring meant I heard neighbours tell this same group to be quiet around 4am. Additionally - I’d prefer to receive adequate dishwashing/toilet paper/coffee pods up front for the stay rather than asking for it. Please note, this was my experience, I would not be put off…

+ El confort, espacio y lo completo que estaba todo lo necesario en la cocina para una estancia para tres personas. El aire acondicionado y las camas. Realmente cómodas. Toallas mullidas, hasta lavavajillas, tostadora, hervidor de agua y cafetera con cápsulas, infusiones y aceite de oliva a disposición de los clientes. Muy completo todo. Solo echamos de menos un espejo de cuerpo entero, que como sugerencia podríamos en la pared detrás de la puerta de la entrada. De resto...ni un inconveniente y todo perfecto.

Muito boa! Indicaria com certeza. + A localização é muito boa e o apartamento é muito bom também. Super bem equipado e confortável. Vários detalhes são bem pensados. − Eu acho que como a cozinha é muito bem equipada e com máquina de lavar louça e roupa, então acho q a acomodação poderia deixar mais sabão ou detergente disponível. Eu me hospedei por 3 noites e tive que comprar uma caixa de sabão de máquina pra louça e roupa e sobrou praticamente tudo, pq usei muito pouco já que fiquei poucos dias.

Buena ubicacion. Falta control de plagas y muy mal que el ascensor solo pare en pisos in pares + La Ubicacion y La cercania a supermercados y restaurantes − El apartamento no tiene buena ilumunacion. Encontramos dos veces cucarachas en el baño y el no tener ascensor disponible en todos los Pisos dificulto mucho mi estadia para subir con el coche para el Bebe.

Repetiría + Buena ubicación, habitaciones limpias con un diseño minimalista pero justo lo necesario. Checkin muy fácil de hacer. − Por mejorar, sería bueno que dejaran un poco más de implementos para la cocina (jabón de platos, servilletas, al menos 2 para el lavaplatos y lavadora)
