The internet speed in the room is stable, suitable for work and online meetings. You can use the rooftop pool on the 33rd floor and the gym on the 31st floor during your free time, so you can stay fit even when you are on a business trip. The check-in and check-out are quick, the facilities are complete, the location is unique, it is suitable for both business and short rest, and it is worth recommending to business people. Leon Chen, the hotel manager, provided excellent service.

Certain facilities need improvment in the room. + The location is nice and lot of options to eat within the property. The mall is directly connected to the property which makes everything very convinient. − The wifi was broke and we were told to wait for 24 hrs for someone to fix it. The water in the shower was not hot and we were told this is the max we can do. The staff was kind but had a lot of trouble understanding english at the reception.

But this hotel hasn’t returned me my money. The total cost in the booking was 5222, but they asked me to pay 5378.66 during check in. If you want to gift this hotel 902cny for 7 days - choose them.
