+ Наше пребывание здесь было спокойным. Рынки и центр города были в шаговой доступности. Общение через приложение было отличным дополнением, а трансфер от/до отеля также был удобным. Мы также нашли поблизости прекрасную кофейню — The Memory café. Мы без колебаний остановились бы здесь снова и рекомендовали бы это место друзьям и семье. Спасибо за наше пребывание!

Настоятельно рекомендую, вы не будете разочарованы + У нас был прекрасный отдых в Bell. Вилла была безупречно чистой, просторной, уединённой и красивой, с чудесным бассейном и всем, что только можно пожелать. Приложение было отличным для заказа таких услуг, как трансфер или уборка в определённое время, однако главной звездой была Энни на ресепшене, которая была невероятно отзывчивой. Она дала нам номер WhatsApp для связи с ней во время нашего пребывания, и у нас возникла небольшая медицинская emergency, и она ответила на моё сообщение в полночь, вызвав врача, хотя даже не была на смене! Действительно прекрасное, расслабляющее место для отдыха, настоятельно рекомендую, хотелось бы вернуться когда-нибудь.

Хорошо, остановились семьёй из 4 человек + 1 младенец + Поездка началась не очень хорошо из-за запутанной функции поиска на Hotels.com. В качестве критерия поиска используются «номера», поэтому если вы ищете 2 номера и вводите поиск на 2 номера, то даже если вы выбираете ОДНУ виллу с 2 номерами, в итоге вы бронируете 2 виллы — именно это и произошло с нами. Отель любезно вернул деньги за 3 ночи из 5, когда мы обнаружили это при заселении. Проживание было нормальным. На территории нет ресторана, что в итоге оказалось немного скучно, учитывая ограниченное меню на 5 ночей. Всё нужно бронировать (уборку, вынос подносов с едой и т. д.) через приложение — выбранное вами время не гарантируется. Общение через приложение тоже стало немного раздражающим, так как случались сбои (уборка не приходила или приходила не в то время, когда ребёнок спал). Персонал был приятным и всегда улыбчивым, что помогает. Оглядываясь назад, мы, вероятно, предпочли бы что-то на первой линии у пляжа, чтобы было разнообразие впечатлений (мы путешествовали…

+ We stayed 4 different places in Thailand and this was by far our favorite. The 2 bedroom villa was quiet and totally private and the staff were all so sweet and attentive. They have you download an app when you check in and it make everything you could possibly need so convenient; from ordering food to an in room massage or scheduling a shuttle. The food was some of the best we had on our trip as well and the breakfast that was included was huge and so good!

An amazing place to stay! + We had an amazing stay at the Bell Pool Villas and can’t wait to return! The accommodation is ideal for a larger family with older children. It’s very spacious and one of the largest in Phuket. The pool is absolutely amazing and it’s huge! Surrounded by a gorgeous tropical garden. It really does feel like you’re in paradise. The staff are amazing and go over and above to ensure you are happy. A big shout out to Melody, Annie and Rose, who made our stay so special. Melody in particular was fabulous and booked all our experiences and some amazing restaurants for us too, thank you! We will be back again soon!

Romantic Getaway + Absolutly beautiful inside the location space and secure with electric door entry way. The reception staff are welcoming, attentive and helpful. Your personal villa is exactly what you see in the photos. Little oasis with plants surrounding the fence line and pool. The main bedroom is open and spacious with the air con pumping on arrival. Food was lovely. We ordered a couple of times. Breakfast always arrived on time within the time frame requested. You have to order the night before so if you suddenly feel like breakfast the next morning you can’t order through the hotel. We requested a romantic dinner for our 2 year anniversary. They set up candles and roses and catered to us for 2 hours. I would highly recommend these Villas if you want a romantic getaway. It’s not far from Kamala beach as well

Very very nice + We moved to The Bell after our first villa in Kamala failed to meet the standard that was promised on the booking site. The Bell was very very good! We had a lovley 3 bedroom Villa for 5 nights. The villa was good and the service was excellent. We can recommend the in villa dining option where you order through The Bells own app

Perfect for Muslim travellers!!!! + Amazing!The villa is clean and beautiful, peaceful, serene and fully private.Halal food options and such attentive staff. Not beachfront but they provide free shuttle services through and from the beach. Everything is ordered through an App which is so convenient and effective. We had the In villa BBQ dinner which was delicious and special. My boys loved every bit of the resort and is planning to be back again soon!

Private pool villa allowing privacy and quiet + Great idea to have a cluster of rooms as a private pool villa within a services resort. The service was all on app. We had to preorder whatever we needed - limited drinks service and a nice 3 course breakfast preordered was delivered hot. Rooms were comfortable, pool was clean, nice living dining space. The pool deck was a nice place to hang out. They have a massage service which can be pre booked too. Great value for money and close proximity to Kamala beach
