The apartment left me with a very bad impression. + There were no comments about liking it. − The owner oversold rooms. Two days before my arrival, the owner sent me two notifications, but when I checked in, the counter said there was no record of my reservation in their system. This is a case of extremely poor management.

+ I had a very pleasant stay at Golden Star Apartment. The room was clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and quiet, yet close to everything I needed. What impressed me the most was the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. Every request was handled quickly. When a small issue occurred (such as the air conditioner), they responded immediately and even proactively offered to move me to a better room to ensure my comfort — truly thoughtful and respectful service. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward. I felt safe and comfortable, just like being at home. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back and recommend this place to friends.

Would highly recommend + Everything about our stay was perfect. The friendly staff, the gorgeous interior, the cleanliness and its in a quieter neighbourhood so more relaxing. There is always a cheap grab taxi 2-3 minutes away for easy access into the city centre. I would definitely stay here again. You also get free coffee when you stay and I must say it was excellent. − Nothing
