Byli jsme spokojeni, az se do Hanoje vratime, tak to bude opět Maro hotel. + Skvělá lokalita, čistota, snídaně super, personál perfektni, skvělá komunikace a vstřícnost, transfer z a na letiště bez problémů, prostě perfektni služby. Tento hotel určitě doporučuji. Net − Nic mě nenapadá.

Highly recommend Maro Hotel-next to Hoan Kiem lake in Hanoi Old Quarter + My best stay in Hanoi recently. Huge room (about 45-50 m2) with nice city view. 20 metters from famous hoan kiem lake in the old quarter. Free early check in (at 8:30 AM). Breakfast is included. Best friendly staffs helping to organize trips to Halong bay and Ha giang with very good price. Thank you again. We'll be back next week Thank you Maro hotel and nice people running this property!

Clean rooms and great location + Location was excellent − My room didn’t have a window which I wasn’t aware of when I booked. Breakfast was limited. I wasn’t able to pay by credit card.

Ants in rooms, blamed on me? Was taken by scooter to other hotel for breakfast as renovating breakfast area. Using circular saws out side room and all sorts of construction. Well above local rates rude manager, cash exchange rates way too high. shall I go on?
