Adequate room, helpful staff + Staff were helpful, room was clean − The room felt tired and smelt strongly of air freshener, which impacted my allergies

جيده + عادي - كنت افضل الافطار باللوبي وليس بالغرف − التلفاز لا يعمل ، والافطار لم يكن بمطعم او بفيه مفتوح

The location and staff are great but the rooms are old and deteriating. + The staff were very friendly. I have nothing negative to say about the staff as they were very kind and accommodating. − There was mold in the shower, the room smelt like cigarettes, the smell coming from the toilet was unbearable. The bed sheets were torn. The shower head was rusty.
