+ Staff was excellent Cleansing is perfect Food quality was fair Facilities are comfortable − No all-inclusive option while my reservation was paid as full-board, then all drinks on pool and other entertainment places were charged, which wasn't fair

They need so much learning about hospitality standards + Bad experience, bad attitude from staff − Beach is so bad, it’s not North coast sea at all. Pool is not clean. House keeping are not professional and respond lately always.

Soggiorno abbastanza deludente per un hotel 5 stelle + Struttura grande − -Acqua di mare praticamente sporca (non raccolgono via le alghe) -colazione lascia desiderare -lo staff alla reception praticamente era fissato sul telefono a messaggiare mentre eravamo in check-in con i bambini, ho dovuto chiedergli se potessi concentrarsi un attimo e farmi finire il check in.

يستحق التجربه و ان شاء الله أعيد التجربه مره أخرى + الاستقبال و كل طقم العمل ممتازين و بشوشين و المكان نظيف جدا و الموقع ممتاز و الاكوا و البسين حلوين جدا − عدم وجود انيميشن تيم و مفيش اى فاعليات مسائيه
