Exceptional location, outdated, worn rooms. + The location could not be more perfect. We felt like we were walking distance from many of the major sights of Amsterdam. Right on a canal, a 5 minute walk to the Rieks Museum and several canal tours. There was coffee available in the lobby and the communication with the staff before our trip was outstanding. − The rooms were tiny and the carpet was stained and worn. It was mostly clean but the state of the floors made it feel dirty. Make sure you realize “souterrain” means basement. I was so excited to get a canal view room and when we were sent to the basement, I was definitely disappointed. Granted, it is what I booked, but I did not clock what souterrain actually means. That’s on me. The door to the bathroom couldn’t open fully (like only half way) because it hit the bottom of the bed.

Hotel in zentraler Lage zu einem fairen Preis + Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt kein Frühstück, dafür aber einen sehr guten, kostenlosen Kaffe. Frühstück kann man sich nebenan in der Bäckerei kaufen und im Aufenthaltsraum verzehren. Excellente, zentrale Lage in Amsterdam - alles fussläufig oder mit ÖVPN zu erreichen. − Zimmer war klein, aber für Übernachtung ok. Bad, Fenster (Einfachverglasung) sehr einfach. Für Übernachtung ok, aber kein Hotel mit Luxus.

Vacanza ad Amsterdam + Posizione ottimale, tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi Comodo il collegamento coi tram Possibilità di prendere gratuitamente acqua frutta e caffetteria in zona reception con tavolini e divanetti, che sopperisce la mancanza di poter fare colazione. Personale molto gentile Pulizia stanza giornaliera − Stanza molto piccola Aria condizionata assente Finestra sul cortile interno (un buco centrale) vista stanza di fronte, pochissimo giro di aria. Avevamo a disposizione un ventilatore, purtroppo inefficace visto che la stanza era all'ultimo piano nel sotto tetto. Camera vecchia... Posso capire che il tutto sia datato essendo un Hotel stile vecchia Amsterdam, ma almeno l'aria condizionata andrebbe messa. Comunque va considerato che eravamo ad Agosto, mi sento di consigliare comunque questo Hotel.
