convenient location and friendly staff + The staff were really wonderful and friendly. Omar (I believe I have that right) was our shuttle driver and took us to the airport - he was especially helpful and friendly! something we wish we had known at check in - the shuttle, if available will take you to the beach or restaurants. − our toilet didn't flush :( we were only there for one night so no biggie, we didn't even get a chance to let the staff know.)

Puede mejorar servicio de comida + Servicio, amabilidad,eficiencia,bonito lugar ,desayuno muy bien!!! − Ubicación ,tuve que rentar un auto para poder moverme y conocer y tal vez deberían de ofrecer comida bufet,ya que cerca no hay nada para comer y honestamente lo que ofrecen no es precisamente una comida como tal...

Se recomienda el hospedaje, el servicio de cocina no + La habitación es muy linda y esta decorada muy bien, hay un frigobar, hay transporte gratis por asi decirlo a 10 kilometros a la redonda del hotel, me llevaron a grupo vidanta que esta a 5 minutos y a galerias vallarta y también al aeropuerto, gracias por tener esta opcion.El buffet es muy variado y esta rico. − Bueno lo que no me gusto es que la cocina no pudiera darme servicio, ya que llegue a cenar 2 dias ahi, preguntando antes si iba a ver servicio y cuando llegue 9 o 10 pm, el personal no había llegado a su turno y al siguiente dia no tenía servicio abierto.
