+ The hotel was very good and I would have given it a higher scoring, except for a couple of things. The breakfast was exceptional! The rooms were clean and the hotel overall, of a high standard, so I felt that it was good value for the money. − The check-in process was clunky and I had to wait an extraordinary amount of time to receive the keys to the 2 rooms I had reserved. The young man at the front desk kept apologizing for the delay, because he was using a cell phone to do my check in, but had to wait at the mercy of the other 2 women at the front desk who were checking in their clients via the hotel PCs. In addition to this concern, the hotel was advertised as "dog friendly." I had even written to the hotel in advance about my travelling with my dog. They did not inform me prior to my arrival that this was not a hotel who could accommodate dogs. They made an "exception" and allowed my dog to stay. Staff were very nice breakfast was good, I ordered a honeymoon package for our anniversary that was awesome + The rooms were clean, easy exits, staff were very nice, very good parking area and it’s surrounded with gym, restaurant and it has very good view around the hotel
