+ Ubicación. Atención del personal. La comodidad de la cama − La relación costo - beneficio. Es bueno, pero por ese costo debería tener más servicios y el bufet del desayuno tiene bastante márgen para mejorar

Excelente hotel a precio razonable en Polanco + Muy buen hotel, excelente ubicación, todo muy limpio, habitaciones amplias y cómodas y el personal muy amable. Volveremos sin duda. Tiene buena relación calidad/precio. − Un poco oscura la habitación, pues nos tocó interior.

+ Location for me is great as our office is next street and I could skip all traffic. Location is very good. At walking distance there are a lot of restaurants or shopping mall. With short drive by Uder could reach central part of Polanco where is plenty of shops, restaurants etc. − No restaurant in the hotel for lunch and dinner. Only available for breakfast and is paid separatelly (not included in room rate). Booking (in my case) was asked to be paid 100% in advance. I needed to reschedule and leave one day earleir. It took some efforts to get back refund for one night.

Foi uma estadia razoável. Evitável o barulho nos corredores e também a falta de água quente. + Gostei muito da localização. − Do barulho durante a noite nos corredores a arrastar coisas e o facto de ter aberto cada uma das torneiras do banheiro e constatei que não havia água quente. Pelo valor que foi pago, deveria ser algo bem melhor.

Muy a gusto, Gracias. + La cercanía con la Cámara Nacional de al Celulosa y Papel, organización con la que la empresa para la que trabajo tiene mucha relación. − Pagar el desayuno, preferimos que ofrezcan una tarifa que incluya el desayuno.
