− My stay was booked and confirmed in February. I paid and confirmed it via booking chat a week before arrival - no response. Another request for confirmation the day before arrival - no response. Traveling halfway across Europe with children, I'd like to be able to plan my trip earlier than the day of arrival. Unfortunately, the owner disagrees and sent information rather late, which resulted in me booking another stay in Bucharest due to a lack of communication. Attempts to contact the owner to clarify the situation (both through the Booking.com team and directly) were unsuccessful - I wanted to resolve the issue peacefully. I recommend avoiding this place, as it seems the owner struggles with anything outside simple, binary situations (payment–arrival–departure). If anything unexpected happens, the owner is unable to help or resolve the issue, and instead creates a new one.

+ Personal foarte amabil − M-aș fi bucurat în bucătărie să fie șervețele/ prosoape de bucătărie pentru ca dacă voiai să speli sau să gătești ceva efectiv nu aveai cu ce să ștergi.

Mizeria − Curățenia!!!! Lenjerie murdara și perne pe care nu aveai cum să dormi.....o canapea murdara.... și bucătăria lasă de dorit.... Cât despre facilități, nu ce scrie în descriere este și la locație

Άνετο διαμέρισμα με Πάρκιγκ και κοντά σε μετρό …όμως το στρώμα του άθλιο …δεν θα το πρότεινα για τέσσερα άτομα καθώς δεν + Το Πάρκιγκ − Το στρώμα και η απουσία air conditioning σε όλους τους χώρους

Odihnitor. + Un apartament perfect pentru ce am avut noi nevoie, stand cazati doar o noapte pentru odihna dintre drumuri. Un mare plus pt patul din living pe langa canapea in care s-au odihnit copiii. Loc de parcare excelent, complex luminat si cu paza! Pozitionat bine: multe magazine, farmacii, statie de metrou si autobuz aproape. Colaborare rapida si instructiuni explicite de la proprietar! − Fara obiectii!

+ in apropiere de centru comercial si de metrou − la parter deci implicit fara intimitate,fara geam sau perdea la dus,usa de la baie rupta si umflata de la apa,dormitorul cu o gaura in perete

+ Очень хорошая локация, квартира на первом этаже , парковочное место прямо возле входа - очень удобно разгружать и загружать машину . Хозяин квартиры очень вежлив - дал полную информацию как попасть в квартиру и прочее. Для остановки на 1 ночь очень понравилось, есть стиральная машинка , кондиционер в 1 комнате , некоторая посуда чтоб покушать и даже чайник . Бельё чистое , посторонних запах не было , матрас был очень мягким - удалось хорошо выспаться . Недалеко есть большие супермаркеты и моллы. Парковка охраняется, заезд закрыт шлагбаумом . Цена = качество − Было пару мелких недочётов - шторки в ванной не хватает и сетка москитная на балконе не закрывалась ( надеюсь хозяин это исправит) В целом всё хорошо - рекомендую
