+ The staff were nice and friendly − Way too crowded! Had to Wait more than an hour to get our second room (we booked 2 roms) The facilities really need an upgrade

Great and lovely stay, breakfast buffet is a must! + Rooms are clean and have amazing swimming pools for adults and kids! Had fun and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast buffet is superb! Will definitely be coming back on our next vacation. − They don’t open all the pools every day so they alternate it when opening the toddlers pool and kids pool.

All staff is nice just the ac not working properly + Staff is all good − The ac of the room is not cold we call the maintenance to refer but still not working properly

+ Buffet breakfast- lots of food options not much seafood options and not much fruit options, there is bidet in washroom but flow of water is not enough, lots of pool options, beach is clean- well maintained from seaweeds. − No towels available outside for the pool and beach usage. Line up for breakfast buffet.. welcome drinks are not served when you arrived.. there is a line up to claim the coupon they will give. No bar soap inside the washrooms.. towels are not enough inside the room and needed to request for more.. There was a loud water flow sound in the washroom that you can hear inside the rooms it is difficult to sleep.. quiet expensive for the services you get.

It was the best experience. All the staff are so lovely and friendly. Our family has so much fun. We’ll definitely come + So room is huge, we can open our suitcases and leave it open for the entire stay because the area is big enough. It is comfortable.

+ The food and staff were friendly excellent 👌 − The bath and shower was dreadful. You have to climb around a glass screen at the very end of the bath as the screen is fixed. Very dangerous for elderly or anyone with mobility issues.

+ Everything − The cleaning staff on the 7th floor closed the doors of the rooms so loudly after they had cleaned it. A couple of times, it was so loud it actually woke my baby so early in the morning.

The hotel is super nice especially they have swimming pools and water rides + Infinity pool and many swimming pools, buffet breakfast and accommodating staffs − their room furniture must be upgraded

Don't go i will + Very little just staff were good − old resort way out of town and bathroom all moldy 3/4 of water slides not working . Power was cutting off to whole resort a number of times the day before we left. You have to pay for everything as an extra . Food was very average as well with no options close by.
