Beautiful relaxing stay + Very nice large room with comfortable beds. Beautiful resort for relaxing and diving. Very nice hotel staff and diving instructors. − Low water pressure in shower but manageable.

Challenging for seniors + The staff were very accommodating and kind − The long climb to the villa. Not suitable for seniors. It was very challenging to go up and down to and fro the villa, the pool and the dining area.

Brilliant and peaceful place to stay :) + We have stayed at Casalay from May 9 until May 12. I can say very accommodating staff upon arrival, during and upon check-out, everyone is friendly and meets our expectations for the place. Big thank you for the front desk who let us change our room as we have toddler staying on the very end top of the hill is quite challenging for us especially at night if we are going down and she managed to help us transfer a room very smoothly and big thank you for the staff who help us with our bags. The restaurant has heaps of variety from food and drinks, for us good quality and affordable price, very quiet place and perfect if you are a nature lover and really prefer a place away from the city. − Nothing, for us everything is exceptional.

Great vacotion spot! Highly recommend + The serenity of the place. The staff was very polite and so accomodating. Felt like VIPs and we feel the other guest felt like that too. The area was secluded enough to feel like you are on a private island but also accessible to be able to easily access different ports around mindoro. The food were amazing and the offered facilities and activities were great too. Overall I highly recommend this place for a go to vacation spot in mindoro − The bathroom glass is not fully covered by blurred glass We constantly feel someone can peek through outside.

The stay would have been great if we had the bees taken care of—hopefully we can try again sometime as I think the resor + Beautiful property − We had bees/wasps in our room overnight. We were able to get hold of staff so it meant no sleep while they swarmed in the windows of the room.

+ This is the best resort in Puerto Galera. The resort can only be reached by boat and this gives you really the feeling of the tropical hideaway. The staff is great, and the restaurant has plenty of choices. The diving (and dive staff) is excellent.
