+ The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is very convenient–close to the airport and large shopping malls. The Executive Room was spacious, and I appreciated having a water heater in the shower. However, there were a few issues during my stay. One of the balcony doors couldn’t be fully closed, which was a concern. The building has a slightly dated smell, and the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak inside the rooms and bathrooms. Water pressure in the shower was also very low, and the showerhead was positioned unusually low for a Junior Executive room. Overall, the stay was decent, but a few improvements, especially in room maintenance and amenities, would make a big difference.

+ It was a good stay for a night with family of 4, there’s just a few concern like the elevator as it doesn’t work with other guest. And water is just 2 bottles instead of 4 as booked. Overall, we are satisfied though. Hope the management will look after the small concerns. Thank You !

Great Place and great value + Excellent location. Condo style apartment but benefit of being run like a proper hotel. Great place and value for money. Clean spacious and with great facilities. Even had a balcony. Recommended

3 Days in Manila + Me & my wife loved the hotel.It was better than we expected.All the staff were pleasant & helpful.We did have a couple of small problems. We informed the front desk & maintenance was at our room within 10 minutes.Our hotel room was clean & tidy.Not once did I see a Cockroach in the hotel. The only disappointment with the room. It had a hob that we couldn't use. No utensils to cook with. We had to eat out or bring food back to our room. Would we stay at this hotel again. Definitely yes. It's 1 of the best hotel's I've stayed in. The mall of Asia is only about a 20 minute walk. When you are in the philippines you have to go to Jollibee's & Boss Coffee at least one just for the experience. This is my experience at the hotel. Even though we couldn't cook in our room I still give the hotel a 10/10
