Great stay at an amazing hotel + Boutique hotel, comfortable beds, proximity to transportation , friendly/accommodating staff, amazing breakfast buffet, lots of restaurants nearby − A little loud on rare occasions at night but never too late and not for extended periods.

The helpful staff heard our disappointment of the room for 1st night and moved us to a larger on 2nd + The staff is exceptional. Very helpful and pleasant. − First night we were appointed to a room on the 1st floor - the room was tiny and the toilet even tinier.

Come for the beds, stay for the breakfast! + Best breakfast buffet, ever!! Lobby is great! Wonderful place to hang. Bed very comfortable. Suite has a great tub. Staff friendly and helpful. − The king standard room has no place to put anything other than a wardrobe for hanging clothes. No dresser, table or even a shelf. And nothing on the walls. Drab. I also stayed in the junior suite a few nights and that was better. Still could use a dresser and art on the walls.

+ Amazing breakfast - one of the best I had in any European city. Nicely decorated lobby with very good space to sit and hang. Very helpful staff. − Small rooms are extremely small and there was a height issue for me when entering/leaving the bathroom but I was able to move to a larger room with a perfect bathroom.
