Can definitely and did get nicer for less money. But enjoy my staff but wouldn’t repeat it. + I liked where it was located . Staff lovely . Liked the front bar that guy called Chris ran , he was lovely and all the staff. − Very noise as they decide to decorate the room next door From early morning . The photos were not true to what I saw. My towels were clean but old discoloured.

+ Im Vergleich mit den vielen anderen Unterkünften in Phnom Penh ist eine Buchung dieser Unterkunft in ihrem gegenwärtigen Zustand eigentlich kaum zu empfehlen. Gefallen hat mir der Sonnenaufgang über dem Mekong. − Die Unterkunft war in ihrem gegenwärtigen Zustand schmuddelig. Es gab kein warmes Wasser. Es war laut. Der Safe funktionierte nicht. Immerhin: es fanden Renovierungarbeiten statt.

Sickening + Location was good − I only gave this place 1 because there was no 0 to give it. It was dark, no window. Very small. Dirty wet walls. Even the bed was damp. We left after 5 minutes because my wife and I feared getting sick if we lay in the bed. The pictures are faked. Do not stay here. I wouldn't pay €10 for it

Great location! + Location was fantastic! Right facing the river! Staff were helpful. − My room #21 had mold on the wall and peeling paint, I could feel the mold affecting my breathing.

Great staff, great riverside location, but quite noisy + Super friendly staff, location right on the riverside and therefore right in the middle of the weekend market. It's also near the palace and there are lots of restaurants nearby. − The right in the "middle of weekend market" comment above means it's super loud! If you're a light sleeper and noise disturbs you, I wouldn't stay here. The noise goes on the early morning. If you want peace and quiet, this isn't it.

+ Rien − À fuir absolument. Cet hôtel est une catastrophe totale : chambre sale, odeur désagréable, entretien inexistant. Le bruit est insupportable, impossible de dormir correctement. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas et le coffre de sécurité ne fonctionne pas. Les photos booking sont fausses et dates sûrement de la première nuit.... Mais le plus choquant reste le comportement du patron : agressif, irrespectueux, il crie sur ses employés devant les clients sans aucune gêne. Une scène honteuse qui met tout le monde mal à l’aise. C’est de loin l’une des pires expériences que j’ai eues. Je déconseille fortement, passez votre chemin.

Bon rapport / pour le prix / et très bonne situe avec terrasse + Très bien situé, personnel très gentil, bon rapport qualité prix/ , mais très bruyant les samedi et dimanche , car les cambodgiens ouvrent des stands , cuisine/ friture/ vendeurs et karaoké sur toute la promenade au bord du Mékong j’usqua 10. 30 − Pas vraiment de réception
