As above and because we were visiting a family member it was very close to their home. + The location was excellent as it was just off one of the main roads with bars and restaurants, supermarkets, street shops etc. and within easy walking distance to other sites and attractions. The Hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly and with excellent English. The pool area was smaller than expected however a lovely setting. The bed was very comfortable however the pillows were a bit soft for us (personal preference for a firmer pillow). We would recommend it to friends and family.

Chill in pool after the scorching temple tour ! + The staff helped in everything and room is basic but has coffee tea fridge water ! Don’t watch tv but have one ! Spent an exhausting day at temples and slept well ! It’s a good hotel with a good swimming pool and all restaurants and spas are just a stone throw away! Basically good for chilling and breakfast is great too ! − Internet is sporadic on upper floors I was on 3 rd floor

Excellent! Would stay again. + Clean Great location. Within walking distance to everything but quiet at night. Staff were wonderful − Pool could use more lounger but there isn’t room for them. Chairs with ottomans might be an option.

The Grand Bayon definitely has a grand feel about it ... charming + The hotel has a certain charm from the past, maybe a little too faded in some areas − Coffee in breakfast needs to improve No light above the bathroom mirror for shaving Nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom Nowhere to put your soaps etc in the shower, having to put them on the floor is unacceptable

Recomendable por su calidad precio y desayuno + Estaba todo muy limpio, buena ubicación y el desayuno fue estupendo y completo. − Las fotos son mejores de lo que realmente es el hotel, en la piscina apenas hay espacio para estar y faltan tumbonas.

I would recommend this hotel - comfortable, clean and friendly and in a good location. + Lovely spacious room with view over the pool. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The location was good for walking to restaurants and shops. − A bit noisy from the street and mosque.

outstanding! + I stayed at Grand Bayon Hotel multiple times during my motorcycle world trip, and it truly became a special place for me. The location is perfect — very central, with everything easily reachable on foot. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, and offers a beautiful pool area, which is great to relax after a long day. What really stands out is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming you with a smile. This made a big difference during my stay. I’m especially grateful that I could return here several times during my journey. It’s a place where you can stay not just for a few nights, but also longer, and feel comfortable. You get a lot of value for a very fair price, and I can absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you to the entire team and management for being part of my journey and for creating such great memories.
