+ The location was convenient for us to break the trip on the way to Evia − We were unlucky to be welcomed in the room by a cockroach... I know they come from outside in summer but still it does not give a good feeling... The hotel in general really needs renovation... Bathroom, corridors, beds... All... The breakfast has a large selection of products but the quality is low... This is not a 4 star hotel. I had many 3 stars in Greece that are much better than the Lucy hotel.

+ The breakfast was okay, and the location was very good. − Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The rooms were not properly clean. The double bed in our room was very small and uncomfortable, and the pillows were also too small. In the room where our daughters slept, the single beds were extremely narrow and the mattresses were very hard, which made it uncomfortable for them to sleep. Another major issue was the parking. The hotel advertised free parking, but the parking space was too small for our car (Audi Q7). As a result, we had to pay for parking elsewhere, which was very disappointing since free parking was advertised as part of the hotel’s facilities. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, we would not choose this hotel again.

+ המיקום מדהים , חדרים גדולים . הזמנו חדר עם נוף לים היה מושלם. המיקום מדהים על הטייל עם טברנות , בתי קפה . 5 דק הליכה מרחובות הקניות . אהבנו מאוד . חניה של המלון בתשלום . ארוחת הבוקר מעולה .

+ Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία , πλούσιο πρωινό, ευγενέστατο προσωπικό − Παλιά ξύλινα κουφώματα που έτριζαν, βρώμικα τα χαλιά στους διαδρόμους. Πράγματα που δεν έδιναν την αίσθηση ενός 4αστερου ξενοδοχείου και ειδικά για την τιμή που πήραμε.

+ Ένα από τα όμορφα ξενοδοχεία της περιοχής της Χαλκιδας μέσα στο κεντρο, κοντά σε όλα τα καταστήματα και τα μαγαζιά. Ο χώρος του εσωτερικού, είναι ιδιαίτερα όμορφος, τα δωμάτια σε άριστη κατάσταση, πολύ καθαρά, άνετα και ζεστά. Η φιλοξενία από τους υπεύθυνους είναι κάτι το αξιοσημείωτο. Και η ανταπόκριση τους σε κάθε μας αίτημα ήταν άμεση. Με πλούσιο και γευστικοτατο πρωινο. Σίγουρα θα είναι ξανά μια από τις επιλογές μας. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Overall it was really nice. + The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options and choices for the whole family. The double room was spacious and comfortable to be in, with a nice view. − The biggest surprise was that the hotel's parking consists only of 10 spots all of which are typically taken. The hotel has coordinated with a nearby parking facility, however, it cost 20€ daily so a total of 60€ for us. This was unexpected, but at the end, I did appreciate the proximity to the hotel and ease of use.
