Great hotel + Location − Can’t have just drinks on the patio. You have to have a meal per person. Get that fixed.

Beautiful hotel and waterfront location. Best to check in first, then get parking directions before heading to the gara + The location was great since we needed to be in the North End. Waterfront was great! − The parking garage is confusing. We reserved a spot on Spot Hero. We entered the garage on our own when arriving. The App’s directions said to find a free spot, but you couldn’t park on your own. When time to leave, we texted the number on our stub but no answer, so we went down to garage.

+ Location and cleanliness. − Price and what you got for it. No fridge in room only upon request and then one will be brought to your room. No vending machine or ability to purchase late night snacks or soft drinks.

Stay at the best in the North End + We love staying at the Battery Wharf Hotel, our top choice in Boston. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the staff is welcoming and helpful, and the location is the best--walk a few minutes and you are in the heart of restaurants and cafes in the North End. We recommend Artu for fantastic food and drinks, and Caffe Vittoria for memorable cappucinos and ambience.

Fun for work and play + Great experience the whole way through. From check in, to conference time which included lunch menus that appealed to everyone, to work outs in a fully equipped gym to fun bar time to hanging out wharfside on benches watching the seagulls. We walked to everything we needed. Friendly staff and guests.

A fine quiet hotel in a great part of Boston + - Professional staff: the front desk, bellhop, and cleaners all did a stellar job - Location: very near the north end but quiet, downright serene for the city − Some of the decor was a bit dated. Overall, it was just a bit pricey for what it was.
