가족여행, 추천합니다 + 체크인 시 웰컴드링크를 주시는데, 지금까지 여러호텔을 이용했지만 이렇게 좋았던 적은 처음이에요. 그저 쥬스나 물이 아니라 시원한 체르마트 맥주와 샴페인? 스파클링 와인?을 주셨어요 게다가 우리에게 뷰가 좋은 테라스로 안내하고 거기까지 음료를 가져다 주셨어요. 마테호른을 보며 드링크 마시는데 진짜 기분좋았어요. 위치는 기차역에서 도보로 10분이상인데 호텔 체크인과 체크아웃시에는 호텔셔틀버스로 이동가능하기때문에 전혀 불편함이 없습니다. 요청 시 미니 전기버스로 이동시켜줍니다. 택시가 아니라서 중심지로 이동 시 이용불가입니다. 다만 식당이나 쿱을 가려면 내리막길로 10분이상 걸어야해요 그런데 주변경관 보면서 걷다보면 어느새 도착합니다. 저희 4살 아이도 잘걸어다녔어요. 호텔수영장은 작은데 투숙객들 대다수가 하이킹을 하러 나가선지 붐비지않았어요. 어린아이가 있는 저희가족만 독점하며 놀기도 했어요. 체크아웃때 작은 물병을 4개 주셨는데 물병바닥에 마테호른이 있어요!!!!너무 귀여워서 물병 안버리고 보관했어요. − 조식은 기억에 남을 만큼 특별한건 없었어요 이틀 조식먹었는데 세번 먹고 싶진 않았어요.

Wonderfulf experience, amazing amenities, beautiful view and facilities. + The view from the room was spectacular! We were facing Zermatt and away from the Matterhorn, which at first was disappointing. Then I got a full view of our view and I was blow away! I love how the entire room is floor to ceiling windows, not a bad view in the entire place! The back deck provided Matterhorn views and the pool was wonderful and my kids loved it! We also enjoyed the very delicious breakfast and the staff were so helpful and provided us with anything we needed. Customer service was great and the hotel is really beautiful. I would go back, and get a larger room next time, but even in spite of that, totally worth it! The location is also really great. It's out of the fray of the high traffic areas but right next to the lift that takes you the Glacier Paradise. − The room was fairly small (save for the exceptionally high ceilings).

Unforgettable experience + Super modern. Stunning Matterhorn view from veranda. Very cozy pool and sauna. Staff were very helpful and while stay became perfect which made us to think we are going to stay again at FOCUS. − I wish we could have been notified about the shuttle service ahead of time. If we had been, we did not have to walk from the station.

Strong rec for anyone coming to Wengen. + Great staff - welcoming, kind, and warm. The facilities were tier 1 - excellent setting, comfortable room/bed, and the on-sight steam/sauna rooms were an excellent touch post long days of hiking.

Fantastic two-night stay with young kids. + What a fantastic hotel! The pick-up/drop-off service was convenient and the welcome drink on arrival was just what we needed after a long journey. The staff were all so welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and they put a lot of thought into making our stay memorable, even leaving three small robes and slipper sets for our children to wear to the pool, which made their day. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and the room was comfortable, stylish, well-appointed and spotless. The breakfast was excellent, with loads of choice, all of it delicious, as was the complimentary afternoon tea. The pool was perfect for our three kids to play in but also great for relaxing in if you're child-free. The location was also great, with the cable car and a lovely Italian restaurant about a minute's walk away, and Zermatt centre a pleasant 10 min stroll down the hill. + Nous avions une chambre familiale avec vue sur le Cervin, c'était splendide. Les prestations sont de qualité , notamment la piscine et le spa qui sont très appréciables en fin de journée. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. S'ajoutent la gentillesse du personnel et toutes les petites attentions particulières à notre arrivée. Superbe!
