Ein schönes Apartment + Uns hat alles gut gefallen (2-Zimmer-Apartment u. Balkon mit Bergblick - auch ohne Matterhornblick war es schön), wir haben sogar den Reiseadapter nicht gebraucht. Dank der Partnerkooperation mit dem Hotel Alpen Ressort wurde uns mit den fehlerhaften Schlüsselkarten und der nicht funktionierenden Kaffeemaschine schnell geholfen, vielen Dank! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bett und das Schlafsofa waren gut. Man hat eine super Möglichkeit, das Gepäck am Abreisetag beim Partnerhotel abzustellen, um den Tag für den Aufenthalt in Zermatt oder eine Wanderung zu nutzen. Der Gepäckraum hat eine Umkleidekabine - ein extra Pluspunkt. Wir würden die Residence Patricia weiterempfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay + Everything was great, and the self check-in was very convenient and easy. We were lucky to get a room with a view of the Matterhorn, which made our stay even more special. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this place

Beautiful and modern apartment with Matterhorn view + Easy walk to & from train station and town center. Apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Balcony off living/dining room had great view of the Matterhorn. Three bedrooms and sleeper sofa easily accommodated our family of six adults. All bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms. No air conditioning, but with skylights open the apartment stayed cool and comfortable even during the hot August days. Kitchen was very well equipped. The apartment is associated/managed by the nearby Alpen Resort, so there are amenities at the hotel that are available (for an additional fee) to guests at the apartment. The front desk staff there was friendly and responsive when we called with a maintenance and housekeeping request, and when we stopped by to use the tennis court. − While we were there, a landscaping project was in progress in front of the building, which required a detour up a temporary sidewalk to access the building. Zermatt is a beautiful town,look around carefully as it is very expensive + Good location, very easy to get to from train station. Clean, adequate, quite small for three people. View of tip of Matterhorn from balcony. Zermatt is a beautiful town. − Found the check in process very confusing with unnecessary procedures. Check in machine at property, didn’t work but no one at reception there so had to walk back to a reception in entirely different location to check in and get keys. When we finally got into room no bed was made up (and no towel) for the third person.

Situato a inizio della vallata di Zermatt. − Check-in automatico dalle ore 16, senza possibilità di anticipare. Ma offrono la possibilità di depositare i bagagli anche fuori orario.

Huge apartment. Easy check in and very clean. + The size of the apartment was wonderful. The balcony was great and the bath was also appreciated. The cooking facilities were also excellent. − The pillows in the bedroom were unbelievably soft and we only had one each. The mattress however was very comfortable. The curtains didn’t really shut very well as there was only one net curtain.

+ 部屋が広くて洗面も含めて綺麗だったこと、シャワーの水圧も良くお湯の温度も調整ができてとても良かったです。 またバルコニーからマッターホルンも見えて朝焼けもしっかり見えました。 チェックインはホテル下の機械でできて、予約者の名前やホテルからメールで連絡が来る予約番号などから登録でき、スムーズでした。 − たまたまホテルの前の道が工事していて最後の5mぐらいが砂と石の道だったことですが、これは道路の工事なので仕方なかったなと思います。

On est resté une seule nuit. On a trouvé l’appartement très excentré et face a l’héliport + Vue sur le Cervin depuis le balcon / appartement confortable et propre − Trop excentré du centre / pas très bien insonorisé ( voisins bruyants ) et à côté de l’héliport ( bruit des hélicoptères)
