The receptionist is very friendly and helpful + Great location, near train station. Easily get food like kebab/ pizza nearby. − Car park driveway is very narrow! Can easily hit the sides.

+ We are a family of three and had a pleasant stay.The hotel is in a nice town down from Zermat but it has a shuttle train ro take you to centre of Zermat and that's not an issue.

Eine sehr gute Bleibe! + Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Nach der Wanderung und Ankunft muss man sich um das Nachtessen kümmern und ist eigentlich nur zum Schlafen dort. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker!

First I could not sleep because a lot of light enter the room and unhelpful staff took off + Nice place to stay but the staff were not nice, and the garage was free but with a lot of humidity with a broken elevator and full of mold, dangerous for your lungs. The location is a prime location to visit the Matterhorn glacier paradise plataforma view. − The staff and the mold in the garage as well as the broken elevator.
