+ L’emplacement, la vue − Le petit déjeuner n’était pas très complet et par ailleurs, on avait oublié de nous mettre des serviettes que nous avons dû demander. La chambre n’était pas équipée de café ou de thé malgré la grosse machine à café présente dans la chambre

湖景美丽，泳池超赞 + 酒店是湖景房，非常漂亮，阳台设计得很好，还带有酒店游泳池， 晚上看星星，听湖水拍打的声音，白天阳光明媚，风景如画 体验非常好，如果下次来一定会再到这里住。 床很舒服，员工也比较热情，去游泳的时候主动给了我们浴巾，白天晒着阳光游泳 非常舒服

The location and view were amazing but the hotel is outdated and needs lots of improvements + The view was amazing, the staff were friendly, the location was good. − No air conditioning (we were lucky it was not so hot when we were there) (Only a fan was there) No water included (Extra charge for everything) Lots of bugs (Cockroach, spiders, mosquitoes) The room needs renovations (lots of cracks and old furniture and old TV) The bathroom is tiny No Wardrobe available

+ Lage − Das Personal wirkte leider wenig kundenorientiert. Auch das Frühstück konnte uns nicht überzeugen: hauptsächlich Aufbackbrote und Zopf – gerade in einer Region mit guten Bäckereien hätten wir uns mehr Frische und Regionalität gewünscht. Besonders enttäuschend war der Service beim Apéro. Wir bestellten, doch auch nach gut zehn Minuten kam weder die Bestellung noch eine Rückmeldung. Schliesslich sind wir gegangen. Fazit: Beim Angebot wäre durchaus Potenzial vorhanden – vor allem bei der Kundenfreundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Servicequalität besteht jedoch deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! + Honnêtement, notre séjour a été absolument merveilleux. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et confortable, et l’emplacement était magnifique, juste au bord du lac. La chambre était également très agréable et disposait d’un grand balcon avec de beaux jeux, ce qui a beaucoup plu à mes enfants. Ils ont adoré y jouer pendant leur temps passé à l’hôtel. Ils ont également beaucoup apprécié la piscine intérieure, qui était bien chauffée et très agréable malgré les températures extérieures assez basses. Le personnel était également très gentil et accueillant. − Rien

Gute Lage nettes Personal + Sehr gute Lage − Leider wurden wir am Abend und am Morgenfrüh unser Zimmer von unten oder von der Seite her mit Zigarettenrauch benebelt und besonders unangenehm war, dass in der Nacht sogar deutlicher Cannabisgeruch wahrzunehmen war, der ebenfalls in unser Zimmer zog.

Je n’y retournerai pas ! + L’emplacement est très beau − Les chambres sont quelconques , on dirait un motel juste pour une étape. Les balcons ne sont pas plats ils penchent vers la barrière en verre= très déstabilisant. Le personnel antipathique!
