Pas propre, matériel défectueux + L’emplacement − La propreté sommaire, encore beaucoup de poussières et saleté dans les coins. Pommeau de douche complètement défectueuse, il ne doit pas être utilisé par le personnel pour le nettoyage de la douche sinon il aurait vu qu’il ne fonctionne pas. Rideau de douche sale : à changer également.

+ Hotel in centro, a due passi dal casinò. Staff gentile e buona colazione a buffet − No aria condizionata però in camera avevano messo un ventilatore

Jeg forventet mer, men bon port leverte et støvete og ustelt rom med kakerlakker. + Det var god beliggenhet, med gangavstand til sentrum og veldig nærme vannkanten. − Det var en kakerlakk i dusjen den siste morgenen av oppholdet. Den lå på ryggen, jeg antar den var en av flere andre som ellers hadde kommet seg vekk. Rommet var ikke rengjort ordentlig, med store støvballer under sengene og bak døren på badet. Dessuten lå det søppel igjen på gulvet når vi først kom inn. Malingen i taket flasset. Taklampen i gangen virket ikke, og ble ikke fikset selv om vi sa fra første dagen.

As presented but very poor people skills demonstrated by reception staff. + Handy to the promenade. − Being berated by reception staff for leaving bags in incorrect spot (his view) whilst fetching my car. He needs to understand the meaning of guests.

Excelente ubicación + La ubicación es excelente. Hay aparcamiento por 20 francos en el mismo edificio pero solo para coches pequeños y medianos de 1.80m de altura. Hay tiendas de alimentación muy cerca. − No hay ni frigorífico, ni pequeño bar para guardar los refrescos o os lácteos.La ducha es un poco rara: tiene solo tres agujeros para la salida de agua y solo uno esta funcionando.

+ Property is at an extremely good location which is walkable to the Lake Geneva. − There are no ACs and only 1 floor fan for a 3 people room. Drinking water was chargeable for the stay duration. Shower area was not very comfortable/nice to use.
