Great front reception + Great front reception. Bella and Hailey were very helpful. Both have great personalities. Hotel is near a shopping mall which has some nice restaurants. Executive lounge offers a nice view of Zhongshan. Staff were also very friendly there.

+ 設備老舊 感覺衛生程度好差 床欄的布邊都發黑的 房間內肉眼可見有灰塵 電視機居然螢幕有很粗刮痕 外賣也不能送上房間 要自行下樓取 小朋友遊戲區域玩具都是破爛不堪 完全不覺得是親子酒店 不會再考慮入住

Excellent Stay with Minor Flaw + I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room provided was ideal—spacious, modern, and beautifully renovated. The executive lounge was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, perfectly suited to Cantonese tastes. The location was also very convenient, with shopping malls nearby, making it easy to dine and shop. The only minor downside was the low water pressure in the bathroom, which could be improved to enhance the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

We stayed for three days and were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and care from the entire team. After kindly requesting an upgrade due to special preferences, we received a beautiful, clean, and spacious room with one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Special thanks to Chloe, the front desk manager, whose outstanding service and warm attitude truly made a difference. Also, a heartfelt thank you to Kenneth Mak – always available in the lobby, helpful and genuinely caring. He made us feel welcome every moment. The food at the Lounge was also excellent — both in quality and presentation. Le Méridien Zhongshan was definitely the right choice. felt like a 3 star hotel + To be honest, the stay was disappointing. There was no one to help with luggage when I arrived at the front door. My room smelled of smoke when I arrived. An air-purifier was then placed in the room which provided a little bit of improvement only and it started to produce "clicking" sounds on the 2nd night. The safe was not functioning due to low battery, but this was fixed promptly. The rainforest shower head was broken, I forgot to report it, but house keeping should have notice this if they have checked it. Dust was visible at the foot of the wall and bathroom door. Room is quite dim, I would prefer more lighting in the room. Otherwise, the room is very spacious, staffs were friendly and welcoming.

From the moment we walked in, Piko made us feel truly welcome – not with rehearsed lines, but with a warm, sincere smile that reached his eyes. He remembered our names after the first greeting, and more importantly, he remembered how we liked our tea and which corner table by the window my wife preferred. Excellent Hardware, Software Needs Improvement + The hotel offers excellent facilities, a comfortable environment, and a prime location. Yet the restaurant does not fully utilize the beautiful venue, with food quality remaining average. Wi-Fi access is limited to domestic networks, which is unsuitable for an international hotel group. If the restaurant enhances its offerings and the Wi-Fi is opened to global connectivity, this room would truly become a highly worthwhile place to stay.
