The staff speak no English and no knowledge of the city of Beijing! + The bed was super comfy! − The staff speak no English except for hello and goodbye, even though they state that they have English speaking staff! They also, even when using translate, could not help us with directions to the city or even call us a taxi ti Daxing Airport as they had never heard of it!
