+ Close to clubs and shopping centre − 1. Shower over bathtub, not ideal for the elderly or those who need knee replacements. Should have been notified first, I have refused previously. 2. My room was not serviced for two days, where are the cleaners? 3. $8.00 per night parking a joke, I have been staying here for years and was told they now had security. The boom gate was up fir the entire time, day and night. 4. Where are the microwaves? I needed to use heatpacks as I had an injury. 5. What happened to the breakfasts? 6. I booked out after 2 nights without refund.

Small clean simple room. Two single beds when I thought I was getting two doubles. You get what you pay for I suppose. + Clean and simple. You get what you pay for I suppose. − Common areas were very dated and run down.

Abode Tuggeranong + Size room, quiet location − Dated bathroom, cold room, inadequate heating and ventilation, unfriendly reception area as gas fire not lit, no tv remote control, no breakfast, no restaurant, unable to buy wine or beer in evening as no staff and charged $8 day parking . Compared to last stay felt as if only in it to make money. Close to Vikings for food.

Seem less process to organise a booking, rooms are average, paid parking is disappointing + The location is perfect for us having family who live in the area. − Abode have introduced paid parking since our last visit. It appears they are trying to attract government workers to park on the property during work hours as parking is a premium in the area. Free parking should apply to guests of the hotel.

Very ordinary + Location − Having to pay for parking in a huge car park that had about 10 cars, it was clearly a stitch up. Also shower over bath, and no hot water

+ Initial price point and location we're ok. − Room was not clean at all with dust over everything. Bathroom likewise was not clean with human hair sitting on the floor. So called bonus $10 for spending on food referred to a sparse selection of items stored behind a counter. No restaurant on site. $8.00 parking fee for an area that didn't feel either secure or safe.

+ Location to clubs and large shopping centre. Reading the poor reviews on their website I was really concerned. However it was better than I feared. The staff were agreeable to providing a toaster for breakfast. − It is a 30 year old tired building that could be so better. The addition of a comfy chair/sofa would be an advantage or a small table and chairs.

Overall a great spot next to the Vikings Club and a short walk to the shops. + Room was clean and tidy − The mattress was terrible.
