+ The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was good. We walked 10 mins to the Mascot station where we could take a train and be at Circular Quay in 16 mins

+ Location satisfactory − Other close-by hotels had dining and bar facilities which would have been better for us after our flight in to Sydney.

Choose somewhere else + The bed was very comfortable. − The shower was tiny and the shower head gave minimal pressure. Unfortunately when I plugged my phone charger into the socket it zapped and fried my plug and charge lead (I’m from Australia so it wasn’t a conversion issue). I tried to ring reception (8:25pm) to see if they had a spare charger, but there was no answer. When we left to go to the airport at 6:40am, there was still no one at reception to let them know there was an issue. The first thing they tried to do when you arrive was “upsell” you a “better room”…not upgrade, as there was a significant extra cost.

Decent hotel and close to airport + The location is close to the airport which is good. There's not that much really close though as far as restaurants - the closest decent one is a hotel down the road otherwise there's a bit of a walk. Room was clean. Beds were comfy − One of our rooms had a wheelchair friendly bathroom. While that's no issue, the issue was you couldn't use the shower without the water going everywhere. This was nothing related to using a wheelchair or assisted shower area. It was lack of adequate drainage, wrong slope or something, because the water would run from the shower to under the washing machine then under the door onto the carpet in the lounge. We therefore shared one bathroom rather than use the second

Convenient and well priced + Very close to the airport, I could see the runway. Have stayed here several times and always meets expectations

It was a great stay, the room was very comfortable, easy to get taxi/uber. + It was relatively close to the train station. It was clean, staff were super friendly. − Nothing really.
