Short but enjoyable. + It’s a well furnished proper apartment with all basic necessities provided. The heavy security coded door made us feel extra safe. The furniture is sturdy and comfortable; the perfect place to hide out for a while. − The naming of the property made it a little difficult to locate, especially by asking the locals. We arrived to find the building was named FAM house instead.

+ The interior is well designed and modern. − The location of the property is awful. The music is usually blasting from the club next door until 4am. I also find the bathroom/washroom design very odd. You get the toilet wet every time one showers and it is impossible to use the bathroom/washroom sink due to the lack of space. Lastly, I am not sure if it’s a pipe issue, but the water throughout the unit I stayed in smelled like rust. Please investigate that. Although I was drinking bottled water, I couldn’t ignore the pungent smell when I washed my hands or shower.

Good and affordable place for a local experience but don’t expect a restful night + The apartment was clean and had all the amenities mentioned in the description. Once I arrived, it was easy to get into the apartment. − 1. The google maps location is incorrect, was initially taken to a block of flats about 300m from where it was, and no one knew this location as the Redd Haven 2. Wifi stopped working that night. 3. I can only imagine that the tavern/club playing music ALL NIGHT LONG moved in after the apartments were built because I can’t imagine anyone wanting to subject paying visitors to such an uncomfortable stay. Music was so loud, it made the windows vibrate, and it was coming from all angles so no room was safe from the noise, AND it hadn’t stopped even as I left the following morning at 6, tired from not sleeping.
