Perfecto + Nos ha encantado! Nos alojamos 3 noches y nos hubiéramos quedado alguna más! Nihat es un anfitrión perfecto, dispuesto en todo momento a ayudarnos en lo que necesitásemos, nos ha hecho sentir como en nuestra casa. Está ubicado en pleno centro de Göreme, por lo que se puede ir andando a todos los sitios. El desayuno es increíble, todo muy rico y con vistas preciosas. Tiene varias terrazas decoradas al aire libre para tomar el té o para ver amanecer y el atardecer con unas fantásticas vistas. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, secador, te dejan botellas de agua… no le falta de nada. Cogimos con él la excursión en GLOBO y nos encantó, 100% recomendable! Muchísimas gracias por todo, nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta, ojalá y volvamos algún día!

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality + This is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it! I stayed in the Cave Room, and it was spacious, comfortable, and had a really unique and lovely atmosphere. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay from the moment I arrived. I arrived at around 10 AM and was planning to wait until the official check-in time, but I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that my room was already ready and kindly allowed me to check in early. I really appreciated their thoughtful hospitality. Even though I had not officially checked in yet, they kindly prepared breakfast for me as everything was included. This unexpected kindness made me feel very welcomed and taken care of. Not only was the room amazing, but the warm service and attention to detail made my stay even more special. It was a truly memorable experience, and I would definitely love to come back again!

The Best Hospitality Experience in Cappadocia + I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, with 1 night in the Cave Room and 3 nights in a room with a beautiful hot air balloon view. Overall, this was an amazing stay, and I would absolutely love to come back again. I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Cappadocia! Even before arriving in Turkey, I was already impressed by the owner. I contacted him many times while planning my trip, and he always replied very quickly and kindly. His communication was professional, helpful, and made me feel that I could trust him even before my arrival. Once I arrived, he was even more welcoming and kind. He is such a friendly and thoughtful person. As I was traveling alone, I truly appreciated how he always checked on me and made sure I was comfortable. Charming boutique hotel with excellent breakfast and stunning balloon views + A lovely, cozy boutique hotel with a lot of character. Our room was just the right size for three adults. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of delicious food. Since we were leaving very early on our checkout day, the hotel kindly let us have our breakfast on the day we checked in instead, which we really appreciated. The upper floor also offer a great spot to watch the hot air balloons in the morning. − The towels were a bit worn and could use replacing. As expected for this type of boutique hotel, there is no elevator. The breakfast room is on the second floor, so guests with limited mobility may find the stairs challenging. One of the elderly members of our group struggled a bit with them.

Breakfast was also excellent and there was complimentary tea, coffee and dessert every evening! − Well, I think we didn't get the room we booked. At least the pictures of the reservation didn't match any of the rooms we were shown.

Lovely hotel and great staff. + Lovely hotel and great staff. Everyone was friendly and always offering to help. Breakfast was AMAZING and the afternoon tea was a lovely bonus too. The hotel has two terraces where you can soak in all the views. It's tucked away from all the noise but still everything is very close and walking distance.

You can ask him for many suggestions, and he is a reliable man! − Just a suggestion: since there are many Chinese guests, you can serve the breakfast more suitable for Chinese. For example, we like to eat something hot in the morning.

Niahat the manager was extremely helpful went out of his way to help us with tickets to the balloons and even drove us + The view was beautiful especially the dawn views of the balloon launches. Staff was courteous and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and wholesome, and the ambiance was nice. The hotel manager was able to offer assistance and answer any questions to our convenience. − A bit of a climb, but otherwise close enough to city center and activities and restaurants.

+ A wonderful host. When I was about to check in, I suddenly realized that I had lost my passport and completely panicked and started crying. He made me some warm tea, gave me water, and stayed with me, comforting me the whole time. He was incredibly kind and caring, and told me that I could contact him anytime if I needed anything. The location is also excellent. The Grand Bazaar is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. I highly recommend staying here!
