Sedere ok,hotel bun pt tranzit,mancare ok + Camere mari,spatioase. Priveliste placuta. − Hotelul este vechi,renovat,dar nu recent,mobilierul lasa de dorit. Sunt mai multe corpuri ale hotelului, ,liftul nu a mers mereu.

Very nice hotel at a great price. + Great location, balcony with an undisrupted view of the mountain peaks, spacious 2-bedroom ap. Excellent pool and spa area. Staff was very kind and professional. − It's not the hotel itself, but the road leading to the hotel is not in a good condition. WiFi signal needs improvement.

+ Розташування гарне, майже в лісу, вид з вікон та тераси приголомшливий на гори та ліс. Кімнати досить просторі. Гарний спа центр та патіо з шезлонгами. − Відпочивали два тижні, сніданок гарний але кожний день одне і те саме, вибір страв невеликий. В номері не було пральної машини, краще вказувати на необхідність при бронюванні. За сет для готування потрібно було оплатити окремо.

+ The room was spacious and the beds were quite comfortable, the pool is big, but cold. − Unfortunately, there were many things I didn't like, starting with the terrible worn out pillows that had no spares available. The overall maintenance was extremely poor, as shown by the rundown equipment, the shower cabin door that was nearly impossible to open, and a showerhead that sprayed water in every direction. The wellness area was also disappointing because the pool, supposedly heated- was freezing cold, and the steam room was barely warm. Additionally, service in the restaurant was unfriendly, highlighted by a waitress who served undrinkable coffee without offering even a simple apology when we complained. Finally, the breakfast was merely average and featured dried-out fruit and vegetables, leaving us with the firm conclusion that we would never return.

+ The location is perfect for me, at the edge of the Bansko. There is a good view in every room of our apartment The rooms are spacious. There is an equipped kitchen. The pool is clean and large. It has a nice spa center with several saunas and a Jacuzzi. − However, there was no cookware: a frying pan, a pot, or a salad bowl. There was no coffee maker in our apartment. When we asked for tableware, they asked us for an additional payment.
