Superb + The key rooms are given are the reception desk. Is both a residential apartment and a hotel so it can be confusing on arrival. − It didnt have a helper with the luggage.

Good + The staff − They have to take you photo when check in, as we are going to get an ID 🤔 that’s make it little uncomfortable and if you refuse they tell you go no room for you which make no sense

+ En general bastante bien, el trato del personal es excelente pero las condiciones del apartamento no fueron tan buenas, las sábanas tenían unas manchas, el agua se estanca en el desagüe de la ducha y no siempre sale agua caliente

Exceptional + The best apartment we've ever stayed in Bogota. I recommend it for friends and family. Very spacious with living room, kitchen, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk in closet. A few steps away from Unicentro Shopping Mall. And not to forget, the breakfast. It's a 10+

Excelente + Excelente el servicio del hotel La atención del personal muy bueno El desayuno, excelente. Los recomiendo − La verdad, un poco la lejanía al centro de la ciudad, pero de ahí todo bien. Hay un centro comercial cerca (UNICENTRO) Dónde se encuentra de todo.
