Pleasant stay on a lovely park! − Based on the website photographs I thought our room class would be larger with two windows. The size of the room, while not tiny, as in many European hotels, was more expensive than it should have been. I also misunderstood that the term “garden” refers to the public park across the street not the inner garden which is small and at the back. Overall, the quality of the room features (though I hate the open closet rack trend), the staff, food and attention to detail helped.

I would highly recommend Hotel das Amoreiras. A charming hotel, perfect for a short stay in Lisbon. + This is a lovely hotel situated off a delightful city park. The facilities were excellent and the whole hotel is stylish and beautifully finished; a credit to the owners. The staff were impeccable throughout our 5 night stay. Breakfast in the shaded courtyard each morning was perfect. − The hotel was exactly as described.

Small but packed with quality, a true luxury boutique hotel experience for fantastic value. + Breakfast was great. Staff were super welcoming and constantly went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Proactivity in service is the standard it seems, from housekeepers to waiters and front desk. The hotel feels well kept and clean. − The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, and I would have liked for there to have been at least a snacks/light bites menu later on in the day as breakfast was the only meal served.
