An excellant place to stay an unwind. + He beach side position was fantastic with beautiful sunsets. All the food was well presented and tasted great. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

A lovely hotel for a few days of relaxation, a couple of minor things could make it extra-special. + Great views, amazing rooms, friendly staff. − There was also a bit of a lack of choice for dinner foods (given there is not much in the town either). It was buffet every night - it would have been nice to have had a sit down restaurant too. Although, the buffet food was good. Some things were slightly lacking which you wouldn’t expect from a hotel of the rating/price. For example (a minor thing), there was a games room but all the ping pong balls we’re cracked and unusable. There is a service charge added on every item. No problem whatsoever with tipping, however it was often difficult to get served by waiting staff around the bar so you would go to the bar yourself more often than not and still pay the charge.

Did not live up to expectations. + The grounds and setting at Amaya are beautiful, with lovely views of the beach and a large pool. Our Executive Suite was spacious, comfortable and well air-conditioned. The spa treatment we received was also excellent. Though the spa has a ‘weird oily smell’, it is definitely worth a visit for treatment. − Unfortunately, our stay did not quite live up to our expectations. Perhaps our expectations were slightly higher than usual, as we had stayed at several beautiful properties with outstanding service throughout our honeymoon. We also chose the Executive Suite to make the occasion extra special. Our main issue was a persistent sewage smell coming from the shower. We noticed it on the first night, and by the following day the smell had become much stronger and was noticeable throughout the room. We reported it to reception and were assured it would be resolved. However, the room was cleaned twice without addressing the underlying problem. We raised…

Un'oasi di relax romanticismo + La struttura è nuova e tenuta in maniera impeccabile, cosi come la pulizia delle stanze e l'accortezza per i dettagli. La nostra camera era a dir poco stupenda e spaziosa. La piscina pulita, i lettini comodi e la spiaggia paradisiaca. COlazione, Pranzo e cena con menù variegati, locali e deliziosi. Tre differenti location per la ristorazione e in tal modo si ha la possibilita di mangiare cose diverse in posti diversi del resort. Molto comodo l'honey beach bar sulla spiagggia per un sandwich veloce a pranzo. Suggestivo il cocktail bar fronte piscina per un aperitivo e ottimo il ristorante per cene con buffet! Un posto romantico e un'oasi di relax − Siamo un po' amareggiati per le tasse che vengono aggiunte dopo ogni acquisto e per qualsiasi cosa. Rovinano un po' il piacere di bere o mangiare extra.
