Parfait pour un séjour à Namur ! + L'établissement porte bien son nom, on est y vraiment cosy. Les aménagements sont bien pensés et l'hôte a pensé à tout : essuies, serviettes, cuisine avec accessoires complets etc c'est vraiment bien pour le souligner. Sans oublier la facilité de contact avec l'hôte. Je recommande − Les espaces communs sont un peu défraîchis mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôte et ça n'enlève en rien le charme du logement

Namur n'est pas fait pour moi je crois... + L'attention portée à l'invité, petites boissons au réfrigérateur, ventilateur allumé avant notre arrivée, mails bien rédigés pour faciliter notre intégration, merci Laurent, vous avez fait tout ce que vous pouviez pour rendre notre séjour agréable. − L'environnement autour du logement. L'odeur de marijuana au passage de la porte du sas, voitures sans plaques à moitié démontées dans le parking "privé", les tas d'immondices derrière le bâtiment, le monsieur glauque sur sa chaise de bureau avec la jambe destroy qui mendie à la sortie du bois, les voisins qui vendent les voitures la nuit et qui claquent les portes... J'ai dormi 3h...

Va bene così + Piccola struttura dotata di tutto il necessario c’è anche Netflix. Parcheggio gratuito L host ci ha preparato la tavola e messo in frigo acqua e coca cola. Anche un paio di capsule di caffè molto apprezzate − Avrebbe bisogno di essere rimodernata la struttura in generale sembra trascurata

+ The bed was comfortable, there was a fan and a fridge with some welcome drinks, the coffe machine was also there. The space in the room was enough for a couple for one night. − There was no toilet paper, the towels were smell like mold and the shower was divided just by a curtain from the sink and the toilet. Really small and uncomfortable.

+ Le gérant des lieux est très sympathique ! Je souligne vraiment sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse ! L'appartement en lui-même est assez sympa. Les équipements sont corrects. La literie est bien ! − L'immeuble est sale, les communs sont immondes et sentent mauvais. Les couloirs sentaient la beuh en permanence. L'isolation est quasiment inexistante. La chambre est assez petite. Le rapport qualité prix n'est vraiment pas présent.

Uitstekend appartement voor nacht op doorreis + Het appartement was zeer compleet ingericht, schoon, prima bed en goede faciliteiten zoals de ruime privéparkeerplaats. De communicatie met de beheerder was heel prettig, snelle, vriendelijke reacties en uitstekende informatie. − Ligging. Hoewel niet ver van het centrum was het een ongemoedelijke weg en ook het gebouw en het zwerfvuil eromheen oogde niet heel uitnodigend.
