- Occasional cleanliness issues (bathroom) and at least one report of lost/misplaced item
- Some rooms small for three guests and small balconies
- Charges for soft drinks/juices in the evening despite complimentary items at breakfast
- Isolated reports of uncomfortable beds and noise/poor sound insulation

+ מלון נקי , ונמצא קרוב לנמל ולים ארוחת בוקר מאוד מגוונת: נקניקים,גבינות, ריבות, בייקון , ביצים,חביתות (מכינים מה שמבקשים),מיצים (לא משהו..) , קפה, פירות , קורנפלקס , ועוד ועוד... מול המלון יש סופר - נוח מאוד בערב יש הופעות , היתה הופעה של צמד בדרנים / להטוטנים - היה מצחיק ונחמד אפילו ערב הבינגו היה מפתיע − החדרים קצת דורשים תחזוקה אזור המשחקים (פינג פונג או DARTS ) - נראה לא טוב , ואין רשת צל , באמצע היום חם מאוד מאוד מאוד השקעים - כולם UK , אפשר היה לשים שקע אחד שמתאים לפלג EU חדר עם נוף לים - לא כדאי להוסיף כסף , כי רוב היום הוילון סגור בגלל השמש החזקה המעליות - משמשות גם את האורחים וגם את העובדים ולפעמים עמוסות

Hotel OK but Ayia Napa … naf. + particularly for an all inclusive hotel the buffet food was excellent − We booked a taxi through hotel reception to the airport. it was late . two other couples had the same problem so all six of us took a long wheelbase taxi from outside the hotel. fare for 3 taxis ( 3 drivers) was €70 per taxi the one taxi with one driver charged €70 per couple. left you feeing would not visit Cyprus again. Short sighted ripping off the hand that feeds you.

+ The food and the snacks were good − 1. The room was not very clean, and there was an unpleasant smell. 2. Still water was not readily available at the bars. I had to ask several times just to get a bottle of water, which was especially frustrating as I was pregnant. 3. On the first night, the shower water was cold. 4. There were not enough parking spaces for guests. Even the designated disabled parking spaces were occupied by other guests’ cars and buggies. 5. No cold coffees were available, and there were no sealed/bottled beverages available either at the restaurant or at the bars.

Nice surprise - exceeded expectations + - rooms and entire faciliteis very clean - modern decoration - hotel is big but ammenities don’t feel packed - all staff is very kind and welcoming - good breakfast - location - near the beach and close to the centre of Ayia Napa, both within walking distancie - calm and relaxing − - more variety at breakfast - rules for using the pools not entirely clear (e.g. children)

It was decent + Location Access to the beach Breakfast Staff − Pool too crowded we couldn’t relax at all specially that it is not big enough We had booked for a deluxe room but couldn’t access it because our daughter is 5 years old The bathrooms of the pool were too dirty We know it is a non smoking hotel but we were not allowed to smoke outdoors which is ridiculous and half the pool was smoking but only us got a complaint for smoking iqos
