Excelente hotel, pésimo servicio al cliente. + El lugar es espectacular, instalaciones hermosas, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia. − 1. El servicio del staf es pésimo, tanto en el bar como la recepción, no hay nada de cultura de servicio al cliente, no son amables, gente muy seca y seria. Para el tipo de hotel que es, el servicio debería ser al menos un poco más amable y cálido. 2. Si hace mal tiempo, no hay nada que hacer allí, el hotel no tiene espacios para hacer actividades, preguntamos en recepción y dijeron que no había nada, el día que nos fuimos descubrimos que había un pequeño gym.

Desilusão + Quarto: vista cascata/rio, muito acolhedor e limpo Pequeno- almoço: muito bom Restaurante: Comida boa − Hotel sem serviços: o hotel precisa de mais serviços como por exemplo, um spa, piscina, espaços de lazer para relaxar, deixo o site para verem opções: https://superiorwellness.co.uk Pessoal: com pouca formação no atendimento Exterior: a localização do hotel na natureza deveria estar mais cuidada, o caminho para o "rio" é inexistente;

− Το πρώτο βράδυ κρυώναμε και δεν μας έδωσαν παπλωμα. Το air condition ήταν στο κρύο και παγώσαμε η κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν είπε δεν μπορεί να το βάλει στο ζεστό ενώ την άλλη μέρα το πρωί ο ρεσεψιονίστ να εξυπηρέτησε αμέσως.
