beğendim pişman değilim sanırım bi daha gidersem yine burda kalırım. + konum gayet güzeldi şehir merkezine çok yakındı yürüme mesafesindeydi. çalışanlar çok ilgili ve sıcakkanlıydı güler yüzlüydü.

+ Le petit déjeuner était très copieux, équilibré et diversifié servi sur la terrasse au dessus de l'immeuble avec une vue magnifique sur le vieux Tblissi. Les chambres confortables climatisé ce qui est vraiment important à cette saison et une salle bain assez confortable. Les propriétaires sont sympas et à l'écoute.

+ Bylo to blízko centra, ubytování bylo velké a čisté. ubytování vřele doporučuji ! Dalo.se sedět venku na terase,která byla velmi příjemná a byl z ní krásný výhled − v domě není výtah,musí se tahat kufry do čtvrtého patra. Snídaně byly slabší.

Ottima struttura, consigliata! + Struttura gestita da una famiglia gentile, accogliente e disponibile h24. Il b&b è situato nel centro della Old Town in una caratteristica palazzina con un meraviglioso rooftop panoramico. Posto ideale anche per fare nuove conoscenze e scambiare due chiacchiere con genta da tutto il mondo. Colazione ottima e varia. Acqua, caffè e tè sempre disponibili gratuitamente tutto il giorno. Non potevo trovare di meglio per i miei gusti.

+ la gentilezza e disponibilità della giovane figlia del proprietario. − il padre e propritario non parla inglese e si irrita subito. Nella camera dei nostri amici pioveva sul letto e in bagno a seguito forte temporale.

A very fun stay with the family + The upstairs balcony is a fabulous spot for work, views, and meeting other travelers Breakfast is good, enough stays the same and enough changes day to day The family is very responsive and helpful beyond what is expected − Check-in was a bit awkward and unclear because we caught them in the middle of stuff but it all ended well There was always construction in the house and it cut off the water unexpectedly during the day; just had to wait a bit

Sehr gut gelegenes Gästehaus mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis + Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon. Die Dachterrasse war unglaublich schön und das Frühstück außergewöhnlich gut! Die Lage des Gasthauses ist einzigartig. Man gab uns aufgrund unserer Ausflüge schon ab 8 Uhr Frühstück auf Nachfrage. − Es gab nichts. Ungewöhnlich ist, dass der Inhaber zu jeder Zeit die Tür selber öffnet. Es ist aber okay, außer dass man sich nicht ganz so gut fühlt, wenn man nach Mitternacht ins Gästehaus kommt.

Timo − La habitación que yo reserve no tenía nada que ver con la que me dieron. Reservé y pagué una habitación de 15m cuadrados, con aire acondicionado y bonitas vistas. Me metieron en un cuarto en la planta baja donde literal solo cabía una cama y no había aire acondicionado, me pusieron un ventilador entre la cama y la pared. Lo comenté y no me querían cambiar a la habitación que yo había alquilado, me decían incluso que si quería una mejor tenía que pagar, tuve que discutir muchísimo y al final me dieron la habitación que yo había alquilado, pero de muy malas formas. Si desde el principio me hubieran dado mi habitación, con las condiciones que yo pagué hubiera estado muy bien, pero me intentaron timar, tened mucho cuidado porque antes del cuartucho donde me metieron me querían meter en uno en el que solo cabía una litera y no tenía ni ventana (cuando decía que tenía vistas al jardín o monumentos...😂) si alquiláis una habitación no os fies de las fotos y preguntarles bien antes de p…

Buena ubicación + La ubicación − El personal muy poco amable, además ofrecen desayuno pero es a partir de las 9 y los tours inician a las 7 u 8 les pedi un desayuno para llevar pero el dueño del hotel estaba super enojado y no me apoyo en nada solo gritaba, realmente muy desagradable su actitud y sus servicios

Атмосферный дом со богатой историей, очень колоритное и уютное местечко. − Хозяин слегка нервный, подпортило впечатление о месте. Не удобно мыться в ванной было. Шумоизоляция в номере оставляет желать лучшего.
