+ The front desk Malay guy (when check out) was so helpful & nice. He kept on his smiling face when I was checking out & will get some feedback from me about my stay experience. He did a good job at the front desk. − When I check in I only know this hotel needs to collect RM 100 deposit in cash. Nowadays seldom guests will bring a lot of cash. At that time I did not have enough cash but only could pay RM 50 deposit. This information needs to be let out earlier in your booking.com
