+ I had an excellent stay at this transit hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for resting during my layover. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and efficient. The location is very convenient, making it easy to reach the airport without any hassle. Amazing stay would stay again + The convenience especially with a young family and elderly mother needing wheelchair assistance. The lovely lady who checked us in, was amazing as I had accidentally booked the hotel in the other terminal to which we were in and for a family who were already overtired she didn’t make a big deal and kindly transferred our booking which I was extremely grateful for. I would absolutely stay again, bed was so comfy everyone including my 3 year old had a nice nap before boarding our long flight home, we showered and made way to the gate in time to jump on the plan and head home, only downfall was I would of booked in earlier but will know for next time. − Nothing it was great!

Super comfy stay in transit + room was clean and quiet. it was well appointed. − The hotel was very hard to find and it was very confusing as to whether we had to clear immigration or not. The check in also took a while

Location, facilities and staff were great + We actually stayed at Sama Sama Express terminal 1 (we had booked wrong terminal). We were very happy with the facilities as we expected them to be more basic for an airside hotel. Staff were very helpful changing our reservation. − All was good

A PERFECT place to rest between flights. + Arrival was seamless and the room was perfect. Nice mattess and good quality bedding. Good lighting and air-conditioning. Just the right number of accessories...bathroom, tea, coffee, water. And there was no perfume which was very very nice. − Liked everything

+ Very comfortable bed! Check in was a breeze. Little extras like coffee and tea provided was a lovely touch. Right in front of the food court and kids playground, but very quiet inside. Receptionist was really friendly.
