  Friemdly staf + The front office, bell boysecurity personnel and housekeeping are very courteous, friendly and helpful. Except the waiters at the Buffert are indifferent and some of the food are cold. Everything else is praiseworthy.

  Friendly & courteous staff + Check in was easy. The front office, security and bell boy are very kind and always helpful. The buffet breakfast has variety of choices and the attendants are cheerful and always readily available to assist the customers.

  Lots of potential + Very nice hotel spoiled by noise. We were there four nights. The first night, there were sound checks for a music festival. At 10.30 pm, I asked them to stop and they did. They said the festival the next night would stop at 10.30pm but it went on until after 1 am. The third night, there was an event with live music outside the adjacent mall. The last night, there was an event at one of the three close by convention centres but not too bad. The windows of the room did very little to cut out the noise. The room was excellent except that the bed was a bit hard and there was nowhere to hang wet bathers after using the magnificent infinity pool. There were three service issues. We tried to give a stamped letter to reception to post but they wouldn't accept it. We bought a large (expensive) beer to divide between two glasses.
