Bad + Nice sea view from the restaurant − Be ready to pay $15 for lost key card which cost less then $1 and I never met any hotel where u r charged for lost key. Bad attitude and no respect to the guests

Good view, Nothing Else + The view and some of the really nice staff are the only two reasons to visit. − Old furniture, linens not changed during the entire stay, plates left outside my door for 24 hrs, ant magnet in the room, the phone in my room had no connection and they didn't even bother to replace for 4 whole days during my entire stay.The swimming pool is swimming with a ton of bugs, thanks to the management for accomodating the little refugees and providing them our sensitive skins to infect. Expensive restaurant, tiny portion but food was good. Kitchen and restaurant staff are very nice. The breakfast was sub par, but dinner at the restaurant was very good. had pork chops for 3 nights.The location is on top of a hill, better have your own ride because even grab riders prefer not coming here.The so called daily shuttle service which is advertised wasn't there at all.They will make you wait 30 mins in the lobby before they ley you checkout of the property, apparently they che…

Останавливались на несколько дней. В целом — не самый плохой опыт, но до уровня 4 звёзд отель явно не дотягивает. Отель + Плюсы: • Очень красивый вид — особенно с бассейна. • Приятный бассейн с панорамой. • Тихое, немноголюдное место. • Вежливый и доброжелательный персонал. − Минусы: – Отель расположен высоко в горах. Без машины или байка добраться невозможно — до ближайших магазинов или трассы пешком не дойдёшь. – Постоянные пробки на пути в центр Пхукета, даже на машине минимум полчаса туда и обратно. – На территории очень крутые подъемы, ходить пешком тяжело, особенно людям с ограниченными возможностями. В нашем случае — жена с инвалидностью, и ей было физически тяжело передвигаться. – Гольф-кары есть, но трансфер до номеров осуществляется не всегда. – Уборка посредственная. Через пару дней перестали докладывать мыло, полотенца — то дают норм, то забывают. – В номере не было зубных щёток, пасты и базовых принадлежностей. Perfect stay for training at AKA + The stay was fantastic. I did a two-week Muay Thai camp at AKA and this accommodation was perfect for it. All the staff were so friendly... The room was large, the shower was wonderful, really good AC, the bed was a bit hard, but I didn't mind. You do need to be able to walk up the hill and it's really steep. Luckily, they have golf carts, so they can take you to your hotel room. But to get to the reception, you need to go up first. The supermarket is about 20 minutes away. There's nothing nearby, so you'll need a scooter or car. Otherwise, you can order a Grab. There's a beautiful pool, a rooftop terrace and a small fitness center. I enjoyed every second here. I want to thank all the staff for making my stay so amazing. I hope to return as soon as possible.

+ The view − Very poor breakfast. Literally nothing except cereal and toast. When the meager amount of hot food does come its like a rugby scrum. Pictures to show expectations versus reallity.Air con leaked water on my book. Television broken, reported and nothing done.

+ Utsikten. Fikk elektrisitetkort for å holde AC i gang mens man har ute og fartet. − Lå langt unna alt mulig, dårlig beliggenhet. Måtte ta taxi hvor enn man skulle. Ble ikke ordentlig vasket av vaskedamene, skiftet ikke på senga i løpet av 7 dager. Utrolig dårlig varmepumpe som vi måtte rengjøre filterne på selv. Dårlig klima, dårlig trykk i dusj. Strømmen gikk en gang på turen. Vaskehjelp skrudde av AC etter endt vask, noe som resulterte i ekstrem varme og fuktig luft. Kjøleskap var ikke mulig å stille på, alt av drikke frøs. Senga var utrolig hard.

This hotel is not a place that anyone should stay at. + The location was good for the wedding that we were attending and the view from the hotel was incredible. − This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed in all of my travels. The hotel never gave us a key card that we could use to enter our room and required that we always go to the lobby to be escorted and let into our room. The staff noted that someone would always be available to let us in and to our surprise when we returned at 9pm there was not a single staff member on property to let us in. We were locked out of our room and were not able to get into our room. I am almost certain that the breakfast also gave me food poisoning.
