Very bad not recommended to anyone + Nothing for like − Very bad experience with Dorus Hotel. The hotel management was not responsive to our concerns, and the receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful when communicating with guests. The way clients were treated was unacceptable. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service.

Failure to return money and taking more money than is due + The hotel staff's treatment − I booked 3 nights, but I wasn't happy with the accommodation after one night. I still haven't received a refund for the two nights I didn't stay. This isn't how you treat customers; it's unacceptable.
