+ Great surprise to find the property very spacious and it top condition. Well airconditioned and very neat.

+ I was very disappointed to find that there was no sofa bed in the property as I specifically booked for 5 people and only ended up with 2 double beds. I had to pay extra to get another bed.

+ Its a residential location very calm and you can walk to mushrif mall for shopping lover..its in the middle of abudbai so good place to stay if you wanna explore abudabi. Aparthotels and everything u need you will find it!

+ La struttura è ben posizionata vicina alla Moschea e non lontana dal mare in macchina. Usufruisce dei servizi del Novotel. Purtroppo nell’appartamento che abbiamo preso mancavano gli asciugamani e il phon e nonostante le nostre richieste non sono riusciti d accontentarci perché pare cis in un phon per tutta la struttura, cosa davvero assurda. In 5 ci hanno fornito due asciugamani dicendo che scarseggiavano. Io direi che per il prezzo pagato la struttura non è assolutamente all’altezza. Inoltre Gli addetti alla reception non sono stati per niente disponibili e propositivi nel cercare di risolvere gli inconvenienti o venirci incontro in qualche modo.

+ The rooms need to be renovated I came for a business trip and I had a leakage in the bathroom they took a lof of time to trust my words and decided to change the studio for me. They told me that They will give me the keys for another room in 10 min and it took almost an hour to change the room! I had to go to the lobby and shout so they could understand that I really needed to change that room and have a rest!

+ Enjoyed my stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Reception staff was very helpful. Breakfast was disappointing, limited choice if you are a vegetarian. Overall nice and i would recommend this hotel.

Really Quiet + We rent for 3 but they have bed for 2 person . No hair dryer.outlet is deferent you need to use adapter.but is really Quiet and good reception

Disappointing stay! + Although my stay was only for one night, due to flying out early the following morning, I prefer to stay at an apartment due to the space it provides for families rather than a conventional hotel room. That being said, the one bedroom apartment was in a pretty poor condition, damaged kitchen worktop and drawers, a few of the walls had scuffed marks & overall looked fairly tired. The bathroom had only one hand towel between 2 bathrooms and I had to specifically request bath towels, which in my opinion is poor under any circumstances. I cannot fault any staff members, as they were accommodating with all my requests and responded appropriately. For the price paid, I didn’t think that adagio offered the level or standard required for an Accor hotel.

+ Deceitfully communicated room offerings. According to the hotel 2 people are fine to sleep on an unfoldable couch, the explanation from their management was “if on the website it says it can sleep 4, than it can sleep 4”… what a joke

+ Arrived at 11:30PM, just needed to rest for the night but were given a room that has literally a shared wall with the elevator shaft! Couldn't fall asleep and was too tired to request a room transfer after unpacking and unwinding...that room shouldn't be even used for guests, mind you someone coming late at night
