Great location if your on a tight budget and just need to sleep safe. + we had breakfast included, but after not being able to get the juice out of the container we went else where, so cant comment, Staff were friendly , great location, perfect for a place to sleep − Air con was battling on the 6th floor and losing , no wifi on 6 th floor, no help to fix it, cold water was always Luke warm, no Netflix available. Phone didnt work in room and when investigated found it not even connected. staff did apologise but I was up and down for requests and they didnt get back to me when I asked if we could have another room as we had no wifi , and no phone, we just went to sleep waiting.

Wo + It was located in a good spot in the old quarter of Hanoi so we really got to experience some culture − ALOT! we booked it based on the reviews but we now question how authentic they all are. 1 out of 2 rooms had a broken door and sunken bed and it was bought to receptions attention and they said ‘oh yes we know’ and changed rooms the next day. The air con is positioned to blow directly into your face so we tossed and turned turning it on and off all night, we booked a tour through reception but they stuffed it up even after we confirmed face to face with them 5 times, breakfast was far from anything nice. The only fresh items was the eggs they cooked to order, no AC anywhere in the communal areas, the hair dryer wasn’t working and housekeeping came to have a look and said that it short circuits so we have to keep drying our hair for 5 secs until it stops and then do it again. Everything about our stay was great + The bellboys were exceptionally polite and took good care of our luggage from the moment we arrived. The room completely matched the photos, with a stylish design, spotless surroundings, and a comfortable atmosphere. Being right in the center of the Old Town was incredibly convenient, with so many places to eat, shop, and explore just steps away.

Un très bon séjour ! + Hôtel bien placé, à proximité de la rue du night market et de nombreuses boutiques, qui vous mènera jusqu'au Lac Hoan Kiem. Chambre et salle de bain propres et spacieuses. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner (sucré et salé). Personnel très accueillant.

We really enjoyed staying here, mainly because of the location + The hotel is right on Hang Chieu Street, so it was incredibly convenient for exploring the Old Quarter on foot. Dong Xuan Market is just around the corner, and there are plenty of small restaurants and street food places nearby. In the evenings, we could easily walk to the night market without needing a taxi. The hotel itself has a lovely warm Indochine style, and the staff were extremely welcoming throughout our stay. For the price, we felt we got veryod value.

Céntrico y barato + Nuestro primer hotel en Vietnam y nos gustó tanto que repetimos al final del viaje. Excelente ubicación, buen precio y un trato estupendo. Todo muy limpio, con lo justo y necesario, y un desayuno muy bueno con opciones recién hechas al momento. Muy recomendable! − Me gustó todo, quizá la insonoracion del hotel podría mejorar ya que se suelen oír las demás habitaciones, pero almenos de la calle no se oye nada

+ We stayed here as a family and were pleasantly surprised by the choice of rooms. It can be difficult to find a hotel in the Old Quarter that works well for families, but there were several room options depending on the size of the group. The hotel feels quite small from the street, but the inside is much more spacious than expected. Our room was comfortable and cozy, and the staff were always happy to help whenever we had a question. The location also made it easy to explore Hanoi with the children without spending too much time in taxis.

+ Breakfast was one of the pleasant surprises of our stay. There was a good combination of Asian and Western choices, so everyone in our group could find something they liked. We also appreciated that the selection changed from day to day rather than being exactly the same every morning. The breakfast room is a little small, and during busy periods you may have to wait briefly for a table. That said, the staff handled the busy periods very well and were always polite and helpful. Overall, we thought the breakfast was very good for a hotel in this price range.

+ This was our first trip to Hanoi, so having a convenient location made a huge difference. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted to visit in the Old Quarter, and there was no shortage of food around the hotel. Dong Xuan Market was particularly close and fun to explore. What we liked most, though, was the service. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and genuinely attentive. The hotel isn't a luxury property, but the level of hospitality felt much better than we expected from a three-star hotel.

During our stay we met guests from several parts of the world, and the staff seemed very experienced at looking after international visitors. Communication was easy and they were always willing to help with practical questions about Hanoi. The location is another major advantage, especially for visitors who want to experience the Old Quarter rather than stay in a quieter area outside the center.

+ We chose this hotel because we liked the photos, and the Indochine-style interior was even nicer in person. There is a warm, cozy feeling throughout the property, with details that give it more character than a standard modern budget hotel. The entrance on Hang Chieu is quite narrow and the building looks small from outside, so we were initially unsure what to expect. Once upstairs, however, the hotel opens up and feels considerably more spacious. It has a nice balance between traditional Vietnamese character and the practical things you need when travelling.

Wir sind nicht geblieben da auch die Alternativen Zimmer die uns angeboten wurden schmutzig waren. − Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, Möbel und Wände schmutzig und abgeranzt. Toilette war kaputt. Bad allgemein schmutzig.
